Liz Caracciolo
Director of Sales & Client Support
Liz Caracciolo serves as the Director of Sales & Client Support at Equity Methods. As such, Liz’s focus is to ensure our clients receive an optimal experience with Equity Methods’ product and service solutions including software implementation and on-going client support.
Liz’s brings 15 years of experience in a variety of business development and customer facing roles with business-to-business organizations including six years in sales and sales management. Prior to joining Equity Methods, Liz worked for Honeywell where she developed her business unit’s customer service strategy, managed and executed voice of the customer activities and processes and earned her certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Liz holds an MBA from Emory University with concentrations in both Marketing and Finance and a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University. In addition, Liz also co-authored a case study published in “Customer Equity: Building and Managing Customer Relationships as Valuable Assets (2001)”. Harvard Business Press. |
