Roy Saliba serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Equity Methods and, as such, is responsible for the overall product strategy and roadmap for Option Navigator™, the industry’s leading web-based FAS 123R financial reporting and compliance solution. Roy leverages his extensive experience in software development and product management and was part of the original team that developed Option Navigator™ laying the foundation for simple and user-friendly software solutions that automate complex financial reporting processes while emphasizing repeatability, auditability, and time-savings.

Roy is one of the leading equity compensation industry experts on FAS 123R.  In working closely with clients, partners and industry professionals he focuses on delivering innovative software solutions to meet evolving reporting requirements and achieving overall efficiencies in the financial reporting process.  Roy presented at the 2007 national NASPP conference on FAS 123R compensation expense and EPS forecasting.
