Amey Bafna is a Valuation Services Consultant at Equity Methods. In his current role, Amey provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. He utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments. He also assists the team in the valuation of complex securities.
Amey graduated with Hutton Honors Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.
