Equity Methods has earned a place on AZ Central’s 2021 list of top workplaces in Arizona. The Top Workplaces award program is new to AZ Central this year. AZ Central and its previous survey partner had recognized Equity Methods as a top company to work for in Arizona every year between 2012 and 2020.

Top Workplaces winners are selected based on an employee survey administered by third-party employee engagement partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. This year, for example, Equity Methods lands above the 99^th percentile for execution and in the 83^rd percentile for open-mindedness compared with other consulting companies. And compared with benchmark organizations, employees are more likely to use the words “intelligent,” “friendly,” “hardworking,” and “inclusive” to describe the culture at Equity Methods.

I can genuinely see the impact I have made at this company even after only 8 months of employment. I have been involved in many new projects and constantly have the ability to learn new things.

I progress and learn new things all the time.

There is very little sense of structural hierarchy or politics at Equity Methods.
