Yu Yao is a Consultant within the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. She helps public companies navigate stock-based compensation reporting with customized financial reports and provide support on complex SBC problems and questions.
Yu holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University. She has passed CFA Level I and CEP Level I.
