Lindsey Youdan

Lindsey Youdan is an Associate Director in Equity Methods’ Equity Management Services practice. Lindsey has been in the equity compensation industry for over 20 years, with experience in management, relationship management, sales, operations, project management, and equity plan administration for both private and public companies. Most recently, she was the Head of Outsourcing at Equity Plan Solutions and became part of Equity Methods when the two firms joined forces in 2026. Previously, she was the Manager of the Customer Success team at Certent, an equity compensation software company. Prior to that, she was a Sr. Equity Compensation Consultant at Stock and Option Solutions, and a Stock Plan Administrator in the Outsourcing department at E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services.  She was also an officer for the Sacramento NASPP chapter from 2013-2015.
