For the 13th consecutive year, Equity Methods earned the highest client loyalty and overall satisfaction ratings among equity compensation financial reporting service providers, according to Group Five’s 2026 Equity Compensation Financial Reporting Benchmarking Study.

Our Net Promoter® Score (NPS®) was 97, and 100 percent of responding clients rated their overall satisfaction as favorable.

The study is in its 27th year. This year’s results draw on responses from plan sponsors at 452 U.S. public companies. Group Five describes the study as an independent forum where plan sponsors share their opinions and priorities with service providers on a confidential basis.

Jeff Sunday, CEO of Group Five, said the results show what drives the client experience: responsive, knowledgeable, professional service backed by solid infrastructure and technical expertise. He described Equity Methods as a trusted advisor to its clients.

“The ratings reflect the value our clients place on an integrated approach across Accounting, HR, Stock Administration, and Legal,” says Takis Makridis, President and CEO of Equity Methods. Whether the work involves custom forecasting, 10-K, proxy, deferred tax, or statutory reporting, he says our team is “privileged to support incredible clients.”

Group Five was founded in 1990. It is a corporate services research firm that specializes in business-to-business loyalty and satisfaction research for equity compensation plan administration and shareholder services.
