Pranov is a Valuation Associate at Equity Methods. In his current role, Pranov provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. He utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments. In addition, he assists companies with data-driven analytics projects and valuing complex securities in accordance with ASC 820.
Pranov graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from The University of Madras in India. He then graduated with a Master’s in Quantitative Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
