Shivam is a Valuation Associate at Equity Methods. In his current role, Shivam provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. He utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments.
Prior to joining Equity Methods, Shivam worked in private equity and investment banking advisory. Shivam holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
