Emily Lo is an Associate in the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. Emily helps Fortune 500 public companies navigate stock-based compensation reporting, preparing customized financial reports and supporting clients’ data-informed decision-making. She has experience with award modifications, ESPPs, and Pay versus Performance proxy disclosures.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from William & Mary and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
