Alek Virani is the Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator at Equity Methods, where he focuses on connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities and creating a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Prior to joining Equity Methods, Alek worked in Talent Acquisition at PwC, gaining experience in campus recruiting, experienced hiring, and building meaningful relationships with candidates and universities across the country. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and enjoys bringing people together, whether through recruiting initiatives, campus events, or company-wide activities.

Outside of work, Alek enjoys staying active through pickleball, golf, running, and just about anything competitive. He also loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
