Associate Director, Financial Reporting Services

Danielle Russell is an Associate Director in the Financial Reporting Services practice at Equity Methods. She brings 18 years of public accounting experience to the firm, where she spent her career auditing SEC issuers and private companies across industries, including manufacturing, software, retail, and life sciences.
Her background includes experience in stock-based compensation accounting, complex equity and debt instruments, internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley, and ERISA compliance through 401(k) plan audits. At Equity Methods, she applies that foundation to ASC 718 financial reporting, working with clients on the equity compensation questions she spent nearly two decades advising from the other side.
Danielle is a licensed CPA in Arizona and holds a BA in Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University.
