Dhruv is a Senior Associate in Equity Methods’ Financial Reporting practice, supporting a portfolio of large, publicly traded clients. He specializes in stock-based compensation reporting and is trusted for complex workstreams including client implementations and forecasting. He has supported post-acquisition closeout reporting, ensuring a controlled wrap-up of stock-based compensation activity, and contributes to Pay versus Performance (PvP) deliverables.
Prior to joining Equity Methods, Dhruv accumulated five years of experience across private capital operations, transaction advisory, and credit risk. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Purdue University, is a CFA charterholder, and is a Chartered Accountant.
