Kripa is a Valuation Consultant at Equity Methods, where she supports clients and internal team members on custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. Her work includes applying valuation techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations, lattice models, and the Black-Scholes model to a wide range of equity-based compensation instruments. She also assists companies with the design of new equity incentive plans, data-based analysis projects, employee communication design, and the valuation of complex securities.

Prior to joining Equity Methods, Kripa worked with EY GDS India LLP and completed internships with Merriman Wealth Management and Country Financial. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune. Kripa has passed the CFA Level III examination.
