Kyle McCall is a Senior Consultant in the Valuation and HR Advisory practices at Equity Methods. In 2017, he joined Equity Methods as an intern. Now, as a Senior Consultant, he assists clients on anything from basic ASC 718 valuation work, award design, and data-based analysis to broad-based comp and HR projects like pay benchmarking, gender pay equity studies, and employee communication design. Kyle leverages his experience and expertise to deliver plain-English, actionable solutions to his client’s toughest problems in the valuation and compensation space. Prior to his joining Equity Methods, Kyle interned at AT&T and Agape Healthcare, a boutique malpractice insurance agency.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
