Joe Pollastrini is a Senior Consultant in the Valuation Services Group at Equity Methods. In his current role, Joe provides support to team members and clients in valuing a number of equity compensation instruments utilizing Monte Carlo simulations as well as Lattice and Black-Scholes models. He also provides support in other areas such as pay equity analyses and complex securities valuations.
Prior to his role at Equity Methods, Joe worked as a clerk and pit trader at Lupo Holdings, LLC and Autocap Markets, LLC, proprietary trading firms that specialized as market makers in Eurodollar options and futures.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
