Charles is a Consultant in the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. He has served on several engagements with end-to-end ownership, covering acquisition, modification, ESPP, Pay Versus Performance, etc. He is skilled in risk management and mitigation by understanding the client’s needs and building up creative solutions in SAS.
Charles holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Rochester, Simon Business School, and a Bachelor of Law from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
