Nicholas Rossy

Nicholas Rossy is the Chief Financial Officer at Equity Methods, where he leads finance, accounting, treasury, tax and HR. He works closely with business unit leaders on forecasting, planning and strategy, using financial analysis to guide where the firm invests. He is responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial statements for external reporting and internal decision-making, and manages annual audits, insurance renewals, employee benefit programs, HR-related compliance, and key vendor relationships.
Prior to joining Equity Methods, Nick worked in private equity as a Director at Cave Creek Capital, and in healthcare investment banking as an M&A Vice President at Rothschild and Co, and as an Associate at RBC Capital Markets, in New York.
Nick has been a CFA charterholder since 2017, holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and a B.S. in Biochemistry from McGill University.
