Jim Vincent

Jim Vincent is a Senior Manager in Equity Methods’ Equity Management Services practice. Jim has over 25 years of experience in equity compensation, and has led teams specializing in ASC 718, mergers & acquisitions, automation, equity plan administration, and client support. Most recently, he was the Senior Manager of Administrative Solutions at Equity Plan Solutions and became part of Equity Methods when the two firms joined forces in 2026. Previously, Jim led the Administrative Solutions team at Morgan Stanley; prior to that, he was tasked with revamping the client support organization for Certent, Inc.

Jim started his equity compensation journey in 1995 at Sharedata, Inc., earning his Certified Equity Professional designation in 1996.  He led a local NASPP chapter for over 5 years and has spoken at various equity compensation conferences, including E*TRADE’s annual Directions conference and the annual NASPP conference.
