Senior Manager, Equity Management Services
Jim Vincent is the Senior Manager in Equity Methods’ Equity Management Services practice. With over 30 years of experience in equity compensation, Jim has led teams specializing in ASC 718, mergers & acquisitions, file automation, equity plan administration, and client support. Most recently, he was the Senior Manager of Administrative Solutions at Equity Plan Solutions and became part of Equity Methods when the two firms joined forces in 2026.
Jim started his equity compensation journey in 1995 at Sharedata, Inc., earning his Certified Equity Professional designation in 1996. He led a local NASPP chapter for over 5 years and has spoken at equity compensation conferences at both the local and national levels.
