Klara Xiao
Associate, Financial Reporting Services
Klara is an Associate in the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. She works with both Fortune 500 public companies and private companies, helping clients navigate stock-based compensation reporting. A certified SAS programmer, she develops automated code processes to build customized financial reports that support clients’ data-driven decision-making. She has experience with award modifications, stock splits, ESPPs, and Proxy disclosures.
Klara holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of California, San Diego.
