Andrew is an Associate in the Valuation Services group at Equity Methods. In his current role, Andrew provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. He utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments. He also assists the team in the valuation of various complex financial instruments such as warrants, structured products, convertible securities, contingent considerations, and interest rate-related derivative securities.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2021. He went on to earn his Masters of Science in Quantitative Finance at University College Dublin in 2022 more recently.
