Dominic is a Director in the HR Advisory Services team at Equity Methods, where he helps organizations design, implement, and operate effective compensation programs. 

In his role, he works with private and public companies of all sizes and ownership structures on a range of compensation issues, including executive and broad-based incentive plan design, benchmarking, modeling, compensation governance, employee communications, and proxy disclosures. 

Dominic is known for bringing both a breadth of market experience and deep technical expertise to his work, and for delivering practical, tailored solutions to his clients’ compensation challenges. 

In addition to supporting organizations on their ongoing compensation needs, Dominic also has significant experience in advising on the compensation implications of M&A transactions, private equity-backed transactions, and IPOs. Having begun his career in the United Kingdom, he also brings an international perspective to his work. 

Dominic graduated from The University of Manchester with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Economics, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
