Ruth Doyle is a Manager in the Equity Methods Equity Management Services practice. She is an accomplished equity compensation professional with nearly 30 years of experience supporting both internal teams and client-facing organizations across all aspects of equity plan administration and reporting. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in product management, consulting, customer support, and client relationship management with leading providers of equity compensation software, services, and wealth management solutions.

Ruth brings deep expertise in many aspects of Accounting for Share Based Compensation and has extensive experience working with major equity administration platforms, including Certent, Equity Edge, and Shareworks. She currently serves as a manager on the Equity Management Services team at Equity Methods, where she partners with clients on a wide range of special projects. Her work includes supporting complex corporate actions such as stock splits, IPOs, and mergers, as well as managing quarterly expense and disclosure reporting, ESPP rollouts and expense reporting, modifications, and other financial reporting and administrative initiatives.

Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sacred Heart University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She has also maintained her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation for over 20 years.
