Dr. Lemmon is part of the Equity Methods team not only because of his acclaimed mathematical, statistical and economic-analysis skills, but because of his thorough knowledge of employee share plan valuation models obtained from his years of experience with real client data and his extensive academic research.

During the past ten years Mike has developed an exemplary publication record with research on employee share plans, managerial compensation, corporate governance, capital structure and insider trading behavior. His research has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Political Economy, the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, the Journal of Financial Management, and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance. Excerpts of Dr. Lemmon's research have regularly appeared in the popular financial press. Dr. Lemmon holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Business Administration; both from the University of Utah.
